In case you’re not familiar with the Webby’s they’re something like the Oscars of the internet. Nominees for all kinds of digital content are chosen by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, and our podcast has made it into the running this year in the category of Public Service and Activism Podcasts.
Although selecting the winner will ultimately be up to the judges, we’re also in the running for the People’s Voice Award, and that’s where you come in! You have until April 20th to cast your vote for Democracy Decoded, so please vote for us!
You can find the direct link to the voting page in the show notes, or you can go to democracydecoded.org and click on the banner at the top of the page. To cast your vote, just click on the green “vote” button under Democracy Decoded and register with the Webby Awards website when prompted.
After you register, make sure to check your email and verify your account or your vote won't be counted!
We’re super excited about this opportunity to help even more people learn about the podcast, and in turn, about ways that we can build a stronger and more inclusive democracy. Thanks for your help in making this happen.
